About Lume Bistro

LUME Bistro & Lounge brings something Pembroke Pines didn't have: a true day-to-night destination where Caribbean fusion cuisine meets lounge culture. The menu shifts from lunch plates to late-night bites, anchored by curated specials that rotate with the seasons. Happy Hour runs Tuesday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 7 PM with half-off margaritas, mojitos, lemon drops, and wines by the glass, plus LUME Bites starting at $9.99. When the lights go low, LUME After Dark takes over with live DJs, hookah, bottle specials, and energy that keeps the crowd moving until close. Whether it's lunch, date night, brunch, or a full bottle-service evening, the glow hits different here.
