SMS Terms & Conditions
Program Description
The 305Fleet Alerts text messaging program sends low-volume operational and informational SMS messages to authorized team members of Living in Pembroke Pines (operated by Turomina LLC dba 305Fleet).
Message types may include:
- Content-review notices
- Website inquiry notifications
- Sponsor inquiry notifications
- Assigned follow-up task reminders
- Operational workflow alerts
All messages are operational and informational only.This program does not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages.
Eligible Recipients
SMS messages are sent only to individuals who have provided explicit consent via our SMS Consent Form and have been manually added to the program by an administrator. Recipients must be at least 18 years of age.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on workflow activity and is expected to be low volume. You may receive zero or more messages per week depending on operational needs.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data rates charged by your mobile carrier may apply to each message sent or received. Check your mobile plan for details.
Opt Out (STOP)
You may opt out of the program at any time by replyingSTOP to any message you receive from us. Upon receiving your STOP request, we will remove you from the program within 1 business day and send no further messages.
Help (HELP)
You may request assistance at any time by replying HELP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a response with program information and a contact email for further support.
Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not responsible for messages that are delayed, intercepted, or not delivered by your mobile carrier. Carriers may block or filter messages at their discretion.
Privacy
Your mobile phone number and SMS consent information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. SMS consent is never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Data is shared only with service providers necessary to deliver the requested messaging service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify current program participants via SMS and update the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued participation in the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
