Popular Pembroke Pines venues fill Saturday slots 4-6 weeks in advance, especially during birthday season (October–November and March–May). Book early for the best time slots. Sunday mornings and weekday afternoons have more availability and often lower pricing.
Party packages vary dramatically — some include food, drinks, decorations, party hosts, setup, and cleanup; others provide just the space. Calculate the all-in cost including anything you'll need to bring yourself. A higher-priced all-inclusive package can be cheaper than a budget venue plus separate food and decorations.
Most Pembroke Pines venues allow you to bring your own cake. Some restrict outside food — check whether pizza or other food is included in the package or must be purchased through the venue. C.B. Smith Park pavilions have no food restrictions — bring or cater whatever you want.
